Step 3: SubmitIt's that easy! You give us the branding services brief online and you'll get a call from one of our Project Managers to conduct a more in-depth needs analysis if required. We send this information back to you and upon receipt of your approval, we go ahead and begin work on your branding, web development or print design project.

Our Creative development process ensures you receive quality creative that meets your objectives, timing and cost requirements:
- Project Brief: Once we receive your Project Brief we will contact you in 48 hrs to review it and answer any questions you have. In addition we will take this time to discuss other project details and guide you through our creative process.
- Quote: For projects that fall within the parameter of those listed on our website or Pricing Guide, you will receive a Quote in 48 hrs. For projects that do not fall within our set guidelines, a Quote is guaranteed between 5-7 business days.
- Research: Analysis of competition, industry and trends.
- Execution: Presentation of 2 copy concepts and 2 creative concepts.
- Client Review: Selection of 1 copy concept and 1 creative concept. Includes 2 revisions on both copy and creative.
- Final approved creative sent to client.*
*Delivery to media outlets and/or production houses are available at an additional cost. Other functions requiring Project or Account Management (as discussed during our initial contact with you after receipt of the Project Brief), are also provided at an additional cost.

You pay online; you get a timeline and a dedicated Project Manager. Payment by Paypal
Payment for Agency Cafe branding services is done through the efficient and trusted Paypal service. Paypal is a free service that allows you to make secure online purchases. Registration in quick and easy, but is not required to make payments for Agency Cafe services.
Invoice statements are emailed to you along with direct links to Paypal for payment. Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover and eCheck are accepted. We require 50% payment upon start of the project, and the remaining 50% upon completion.
If you do not have a Paypal account and would like one, click here to begin the sign up process. Follow the prompts to successfully complete the registration form, OR follow the 3 steps below for instruction:
- Select the type of account you would like to setup. For online shopping only, select “Personal Account”. On the drop down menu below, select the country you live in. Click continue.
- Fill out your contact information in the required fields. Upon reviewing the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, check the corresponding boxes and enter the security code as shown on your screen. Click the “Sign up” button to continue.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Click on the link provided in the email to confirm your address, OR click continue to confirm it at a later date.
